Codecraft Works delivers training programs focused on providing entry-level IT training to all people including students, military veterans, women, and individuals with disabilities. We empower individuals to launch successful careers in the ever-growing tech industry.

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Program Administrator to join our team as an independent contractor (1099) for approximately 20-25 hours per week. You will play a critical role in delivering our online training program and supporting participants on their journey to IT careers. Training hours are optimized for East Coast participants.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging IT training sessions aligned with the Codecraft Works technical training goals and curriculum.
• Facilitate a supportive learning environment for differently-abled participants with varying levels of prior skills. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
• Proactively check in on students, track their progress and remove barriers to learning
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to program participants when needed.
• Assist with program logistics, including scheduling, registration, and progress tracking.
• Maintain accurate program records and reports.
• Collaborate with instructors, mentors, and other program staff to ensure a seamless learning experience for participants.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in IT education, including but not limited to knowing the latest relevant CompTIA exam versions and sunsets.

Qualifications:

• 4 year BS or BAS STEM degree.
• CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+ certifications.
• CompTIA Network+ certification is a plus.
• Experience teaching, training, or mentoring adults in a classroom or online setting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Passion for helping people with disabilities achieve their goals.
• Proficiency in using technology for training delivery and communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be a US citizen.
