Who We Are
Codecraft Works is an NSF SBIR award-winning educational technology company specializing in workforce development for defense, aerospace, and high-compliance industries. We design and deliver training programs that build specialized technical workforces from overlooked talent pools — including veterans, individuals with disabilities, and career changers — who are pre-vetted, credentialed, and mission-ready.
Codecraft Works is a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), founded and led by Shannon Landin.
