We offer a money-back guarantee. If your student is not delighted by the program, contact us before the start of the 3rd program meeting and we will process a full refund. We encourage you to sign up and give it a try, risk free!

MAKEUP POLICY

We understand that sometimes things happen. Codecraft Works staff are trained to provide a reliable, safe, and outstanding virtual learning experience and scheduled based on program enrollment. So, we cannot offer refunds, or prorated tuition for classes missed. However, Codecraft Instructors do offer regular, virtual office hours that students are invited to attend, ask questions, and get help with a project or in reviewing missed class information. Students have 24-7 access to all of the curriculum used in their course, project examples, and to our proprietary in-browser coding and learning platform app.

In the rare event of a natural disaster disrupt multi-region operations, Codecraft Works will contact all families enrolled in advance to schedule a makeup date. issue a credit, or refund.
