40 of 42 graduates placed into high-wage software engineering roles — veterans transitioning from active duty directly into defense contractor careers via the SDE Pathway, deployed by Northrop Grumman.

37 veteran hires across Northrop Grumman Aeronautics cohorts with a 100% completion and placement rate. These cohort members consistently receive exceptional performance reviews from Software Leadership.
2x the National Employment Rate — LaunchIT / BAC Partnership
For people with disabilities — a population with a 22.7% national employment rate — the LaunchIT program achieved 51.6% employment, more than doubling the national baseline. 95% of employed graduates are working in roles directly related to their training. 85% remained in their positions after 6 months, compared to 69% nationally.

Codecraft Institute is licensed by the Florida Department of Education Commission for Independent Education — the same regulatory framework as accredited post-secondary institutions. What graduates earn is not a bootcamp certificate. It is a regulated credential from a state-licensed post-secondary institution.
ERAU Academic Credit Recognition
SDE (formerly VEST) graduates earn 3 credit hours (CESC 300) toward Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University’s Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering.

Codecraft Works holds a rare three-phase NSF SBIR award progression — Phase 1 (2016), Phase 2 (2018), and Phase 2B — placing us among fewer than 10% of companies to complete all three phases. Each phase required independent scientific merit review of our platform and methodology.
Outcomes were studied in partnership with Dr. Michelle Taub, UCF Department of Learning Sciences & Educational Research, who directed study design and data analysis.
